Kayleigh is an English model. She was the winner of FHM's High Street Honeys competition in 2003 and was voted in FHM's list of the 100 Sexiest Women in 2004 and 2005, and came 67th in FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2006.

Kayleigh released a single in 2004 with the Girls of FHM called "Do U Think I'm Sexy?" which reached no.7 in the charts. Pearson then released another single in 2006 with the other FHM High Street Honeys called "I Touch Myself" which reached no.1 in the box charts.

She attended Bewdley High School and Sixth Form Centre from 1996 until 2001. She then studied sports science at University College Worcester.

Pearson is a keen gymnast, and is so good that she taught gymnastics at the age of 11. She is also qualified to run her own gym.

In 2006 she had her breast size increased from 34B to 34DD/E. She appeared topless for the first time since getting her breasts enlarged in Nuts magazine.

Kayleigh hosted a nationwide Nuts magazine tour in 2007 where she appeared at over 20 nightclubs across the country.
